As a performer, composer and producer, I always search for ways to find the pulse, sound and melodic lines that connect me with my environment. I live on Skjernøy, the southernmost inhabited island in Norway, and this is also where I have my studio. Skjernøy is a part of Mandal, a small, beautiful and unique town. Living and working on this island with beautiful people, its proximity to the sea, its light, sounds, and even its unique smells has a significant impact on me and my music. I grew up as the son of a photographer, and early on became fascinated by the relationship between the audible and the visual.
